Great air conditioning in the rooms! The place is conveniently located, just a quick 20-minute walk to the town center. 🚶‍♂️

The breakfast was great!

We booked a king size suite when we got there we was told all the had was double bed rooms. She finally found a king size suite and said she would upgrade us.....hmm mmmmmm isn't that what we booked originally? The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. We have stayed at many Holiday Inns all over the U.S this one was the worst by far....never again!! We will book someplace else!!

The location was close to Townsend, Maryville, Alcoa and Knoxville. Just a quick drive to any of those communities and easy to find! The staff was polite and helpful. The pool was great and the room was, too! I loved the super super soft pillows!

The mattress wasn't the most comfortable I've ever slept on at a hotel, though I still slept great. Also, on two of the days, they were mopping the floor in the check-in/entrance area as I was leaving for the day (around 10:30 am) and it was kind of slick. You would think they would save that for a less traffic-y part of the day so that guests wouldn't have to walk across the wet floor.

The hotel had beautifully decorated rooms. The location was good and amazing for my purposes. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was incredibly nice with a huge variety of food.

So glad we chose it, spent 5 wonderful days here. The staff was extremely friendly and amicable providing the information. We stayed here before, always well decorated and modern rooms with good ac.

The location here is great, near good restaurants and close to Knoxville, Alcoa, and Maryville, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is tasty with plenty of options.

The brand-new hotel was lovely for a business trip. The large room with a king bed and good AC was fantastic. The delicious breakfast served was a real treat. The staff was friendly and the location was excellent.

The room was comfortable.

The television cable connection was not working for the entire hotel. We verified this with the nice young man and another guest. So, we walked to a nearby restaurant to watch the football playoff game of my husband's alma mater.

The room was spacious with a large king bed and a microwave. The breakfast was delicious and served in a nice dining area. The hotel's location was excellent. The staff was friendly throughout my stay.

Floor needed to be vacuumed and furniture was very dusty. Seemed to need some refurbishing as furniture was scratched and worn.

The staff at this hotel is thoughtful and accommodating. the pool is very clean. - the rooms on the upper level are spacious and modern. - the breakfast offered is very good. - the service is excellent. - They allowed me to check in early. - it was a pleasant experience.

good location for us

Room was less than satisfactory-torn black out shades, wet carpet from a leak and wifi connection was poor or non-existent. They did not have the size bed promised on the reservation and blamed Booked.net for the failure to communicate. We had no option but to accept what they offered due to high traffic in the area.

Convenient location within walking distance to Maryville-Alcoa Greenway. Close proximity to the airport, only 0.5 miles away. Modern and updated room with a microwave and good air conditioning. Efficient and helpful staff.

Excellent breakfast, very clean, good location

Bed was a little hard for me, but that could just be my taste.
